本条款是你与 You’ 开发者之间关于使用 You’ App(以下称「本 App」)的协议。下载、注册或使用本 App,即表示你已阅读并同意本条款;如果你不同意,请不要使用本 App。本条款应与隐私政策一并阅读。

一句话概括

本 App 只服务两个自愿的人:必须双方各自在自己的手机上安装、各自同意,才能互相看到状态。
把本 App 装到别人不知情的设备上、或替别人同意本条款,是被明确禁止的用法。
付费只解锁「历史、全量、聚合」类功能;SOS 等安全功能与隐私开关永久免费。
订阅到期前 24 小时自动续期,可随时在 App Store 的账户设置里取消;退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。

服务说明

本 App 是一款仅供两人配对使用的私密状态共享工具:一个账号在同一时间只能与一个人配对,位置、电量、行程、留言等内容只在你与你配对的伴侣之间流转,不对第三人展示,也没有公开社交或陌生人功能。

配对需要双方主动完成:一方生成邀请码,另一方在自己的设备上输入并接受。每一类共享(位置、通话状态、日历、闹钟等)都以你在系统与 App 内各自授予的权限为前提,你可以随时收回。

本 App 不是安防、急救或专业定位服务。App 内的 SOS 只会把求助、位置与语音发给与你配对的那一个人,不会呼叫警察、消防或急救部门。遇到紧急情况,请直接拨打当地紧急电话。

实时语音对讲:一方按住说一句,松手后声音会立刻在另一方手机上响起。这项功能必须由接收方先打开开关才能使用,双方各持一个、能力对称、随时可关;是否绕过静音同样由接收方自己决定,默认不绕。它不是通话,也不是后台监听——只有你按下按钮时才会录音。

后台恢复来电(仅 iOS):App 被系统清理或被你从后台划掉后共享会中断。若你未关闭该功能,系统会弹出一通标着「正在恢复后台连接」的来电把 App 唤回。那不是真的通话——约 2 秒后自动结束、不留通话记录、铃声已静音(设备仍会震动一次),同一次中断最多 3 通。可在「设置 → 后台恢复来电」彻底关闭。

账号与年龄要求

注册需要一个你有权使用的邮箱。你应对账号凭据的保密、以及该账号下发生的一切行为负责;发现账号被盗用请立即联系我们。
本 App 面向成年伴侣设计。未满 18 周岁的用户应在监护人同意下使用;根据所在地法律,未满 14 周岁(中国大陆)/ 13 周岁(部分地区)的儿童不得使用本 App。
一个账号对应一个自然人。不得转让、出租、出售账号,也不得与配对伴侣以外的第三人共用账号。
你可以随时在「设置 → 账号 → 删除账号」中删除账号,数据将按隐私政策所述从服务器移除。

使用许可

在你遵守本条款的前提下,我们授予你一项个人的、非商业的、不可转让、不可再许可、可撤销的有限许可,允许你在你拥有或控制的设备上安装并使用本 App。本 App 是许可使用,不是出售;本条款未明确授予的权利,我们全部保留。

以上为参考价。其他国家和地区按 App Store 的当地定价结算,最终以购买时结算页显示的价格与周期为准。促销价(如首期优惠)仅在活动期内有效,续期按标准价扣款。

自动续期怎么工作

订阅在当前周期结束前 24 小时内自动续期,除非你在此之前关闭自动续期。
续期费用在当前周期结束前 24 小时内从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除,金额为当时公布的标准价。
取消方式:iPhone「设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅」,或 App Store「账户 → 订阅」,关闭对应订阅的自动续期。须在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭,否则本周期仍会续期。
取消后,已付费的当前周期仍可用到周期结束,到期后自动回到免费版。
删除 App 不等于取消订阅,必须按上面的路径关闭自动续期。
如提供免费试用,购买订阅时试用的未使用部分即告作废。

退款

通过 App Store 完成的所有交易由 Apple 收款,退款依 Apple 的 App Store 政策处理,请到 reportaproblem.apple.com 提出申请。我们无法直接为 App Store 交易退款,但可以协助你说明情况。

一人开通,两人共享

Pro 权益按配对关系生效:你与伴侣任一方开通,双方同时解锁。付款方始终是该订阅的唯一持有人——解除配对后,权益随付款账号走;付款方取消或到期后,双方一同回到免费版。

免费与付费的分界

付费解锁的是「历史、全量、聚合」类功能(如 30 天轨迹与行程详情、手机报告聚合页、App 使用完整记录、全量自动报备、装扮主题等)。实时定位与状态、聊天与纪念日等基础陪伴功能免费;SOS(含语音)、关闭定位提醒等安全功能,以及所有隐私开关,永久免费,不进入付费墙。具体分界以 App 内订阅页的功能对比表为准,我们可能随功能迭代调整,但不会把已列为「永久免费」的安全与隐私项收费。

安卓端与内测期

安卓版目前不提供 App 内购买。安卓用户的 Pro 权益来自 iPhone 一方开通后的共享,或由我们在后台开通。安卓端支付渠道开放后会另行公告,并适用届时公布的条款。
订阅通道尚未开放期间,Pro 由我们手动开通,不收取费用,也不产生自动续期。

用户行为规范与禁止事项

本 App 的前提是两个人都知情、都同意。以下用法被明确禁止,一经发现我们可立即暂停或终止相关账号:

未经对方知情同意的安装与配对:在他人的设备上安装本 App、代他人注册账号或接受本条款、以隐瞒或欺骗的方式获取对方的位置与手机状态。
跟踪、监视、骚扰、恐吓或控制他人,或将本 App 用于家庭暴力、跟踪骚扰(stalking)等违法目的。
把本 App 用于雇员监控、未成年人以外的第三方监护等非情侣双方自愿的场景。
上传或传播违法、侵权、暴力、色情、歧视、骚扰性的内容(照片、留言、日记、贴纸等),或侵犯他人肖像权、隐私权、知识产权的内容。
逆向工程、反编译、破解、抓包伪造请求、绕过付费墙或权限校验、批量注册、脚本刷接口、对服务器发起攻击或过量请求。
滥用实时语音对讲:在对方明确表示不愿意后继续连发、以高频语音进行骚扰或恐吓、利用「绕过静音」在对方休息时段反复打扰,或在对方不知情的情况下诱导 TA 打开该开关。这项功能的前提是对方主动同意,任何一方都可以随时关掉——关掉之后再想办法绕开,同样属于本节禁止的行为。
转售、出租、分时出借账号或权益,或将本 App 用于任何商业性再分发。
违反你所在地法律法规的其他行为。

如果你正处在一段不安全的关系中,请记得:你可以随时在系统设置里收回定位权限、在 App 内解除配对或删除账号,这些操作不需要对方同意。

你的内容

你上传或创建的内容(照片、留言、日记、记账、体重记录等)归你所有。
为了提供服务,你授予我们一项非独占、免许可费的有限许可,仅用于存储、传输你的内容,并把它展示给你配对的伴侣与你自己的设备。该许可在你删除内容或删除账号时终止。
我们不将你的内容用于广告投放,也不用于训练 AI 模型。除你主动发布的「公开时刻」外(见下一节),我们不对外展示你的内容。
实时语音对讲的录音由我们在 7 天后自动删除(语音文件一并清除),它是即时消息而不是留言板,不作长期保存。其余内容保留到你删除它或删除账号,详见隐私政策。
你应对自己上传的内容负责,并保证拥有必要的权利——包括在照片中出现的其他人的同意。
本 App 本身(名称、标识、界面设计、代码、文案)及其一切知识产权归开发者所有,未经书面许可不得使用。

公开时刻(面向所有用户的公开内容)

「公开时刻」是本 App 中唯一会被你伴侣之外的人看到的内容。它需要你主动开通「公开身份」并逐条选择公开,默认全部内容都是私密的。开通时你会看到一次单独的告知,并需要确认已满 18 岁。

零容忍。公开时刻中不得出现令人反感的内容,包括但不限于:色情或性暗示、暴力血腥、骚扰辱骂、歧视与仇恨言论、违法内容、垃圾广告与引流、冒充他人。这与上面「用户行为规范与禁止事项」一节共同适用。
举报。每条公开时刻都有「举报」入口。同一条内容被 3 人次举报会自动下架并进入待审队列,无需我们在线即可生效。我们会在24 小时内完成复核。
屏蔽。你可以拉黑任何用户。拉黑后你们互相看不到对方的公开时刻,也无法互相回应。
我们的处置权。我们有权删除任何公开时刻及其图片,无需事先通知。经复核确认违规的,会给作者记一次违规。
封禁与退款。违规累计 3 次将被永久禁止发布公开时刻。该禁令不影响你的情侣功能、私密内容与订阅的其他权益,并且不予退款——订阅费用对应的是情侣功能的整体使用权,公开时刻只是其中一项可被收回的附加权益。
公开的信息。你的公开昵称、公开头像,以及你选择开启的个性签名、生日(仅月日)、在一起天数,对所有用户可见。这三项默认关闭,可随时关闭。公开身份与你在情侣空间里的昵称、头像相互独立。
撤回。你可以随时注销公开身份,届时你发布过的全部公开时刻与图片会被一并删除;私密内容不受影响。

第三方服务

本 App 依赖若干第三方服务来实现功能:Supabase(数据库与账号)、Apple 与 Google 的推送服务、高德开放平台 / Apple 地图 / MapLibre 与 MapTiler / Google 地图(地图与地名)、Apple WeatherKit 与 Open-Meteo(天气)、OpenStreetMap Nominatim(海外地名)。这些服务由各自的提供方按其条款与隐私政策运营,我们对其可用性与内容不作担保。具体数据面见隐私政策。

服务的变更与中断

本 App 按「现状」与「现有可用」提供。我们可能随时新增、修改或停止某项功能;涉及付费权益的重大变更会在 App 内提前告知。

在法律允许的范围内,我们不对以下情况作出保证:位置的绝对精度与实时性(受设备硬件、系统权限、省电策略、后台被系统结束、网络与地图服务商影响);推送的送达时间;服务不中断、无错误。这些是移动操作系统与网络环境的固有限制,不构成违约。

责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内:我们不对间接的、附带的、特殊的、惩罚性的损失,或利润、数据、商誉的损失承担责任;对于因使用或无法使用本 App 引起的全部责任,累计上限为你在索赔事由发生前 12 个月内实际向我们(或经 App Store)支付的金额。

本条不排除或限制依法不可排除的责任,也不影响你作为消费者依所在地强制性法律享有的权利。

终止

你可以随时终止:在 App 内删除账号,或直接停止使用并卸载。
如果你严重或反复违反本条款(尤其是未经同意监控他人、破解付费),我们可以在通知后暂停或终止你的账号;情况紧急或涉及违法时可立即终止。
终止后,你的许可即告结束;订阅的退款仍按上文「退款」一节由 Apple 处理,已使用周期不予退还(法律另有强制规定的除外)。

关于 iOS 版本(Apple 相关条款)

以下条款仅适用于通过 App Store 获取的 iOS 版本:

本条款是你与开发者之间的协议,Apple 不是本条款的当事方,对本 App 及其内容不承担任何责任。
Apple 没有义务就本 App 提供任何维护与支持服务。
如果本 App 不符合任何适用的保证,你可以通知 Apple,Apple 将退还你为本 App 支付的购买价款(如有);在法律允许的最大范围内,Apple 就本 App 不承担其他任何保证义务,任何其他索赔、损失、责任、损害、成本或费用均由开发者负责。
关于本 App 的产品责任、法律合规、消费者保护等索赔,以及任何第三方主张本 App 侵犯其知识产权的索赔,均由开发者负责处理,Apple 不负责。
你声明:你不在受美国政府禁运的国家或地区,也不在美国政府的禁止或限制交易名单上;你将遵守所有适用的出口管制法律法规。
Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人,在你接受本条款后,Apple 有权(且被视为已接受该权利)作为第三方受益人对你执行本条款。

条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款,并修改顶部的「最后更新」日期。本条款更新后,App 会在启动时再次弹出全文,请你阅读到底并重新确认;在你确认之前无法继续使用本 App。如不接受更新后的条款,请停止使用并可删除账号。

适用法律与争议解决

本条款适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律(不含其冲突法规则)。因本条款或本 App 产生的争议,双方应先友好协商;协商不成的,可提交开发者住所地有管辖权的人民法院。

如果你所在国家或地区的强制性消费者保护法律给予你更有利的保护,或规定了不可排除的管辖安排,以该法律为准。

本規約は、You’ アプリ(以下「本アプリ」)の利用に関する、あなたと You’ 開発者との間の契約です。本アプリをダウンロード・登録・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用にならないでください。本規約はプライバシーポリシーと併せてお読みください。

ひとことで言うと

本アプリは合意したふたりのためのものです。互いのステータスを見るには、両方がそれぞれ自分のスマホにインストールし、それぞれ同意する必要があります。
相手に知られずに他人の端末へ入れること、他人に代わって本規約に同意することは明確に禁止です。
有料になるのは「履歴・全量・集計」系の機能だけです。SOS などの安全機能とプライバシー設定は永久に無料です。
サブスクリプションは期限の 24 時間前に自動更新され、App Store のアカウント設定からいつでも解約できます。返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。

サービスの内容

本アプリはふたりだけでペアリングして使うプライベートなステータス共有ツールです。1 つのアカウントは同時に 1 人としかペアリングできず、位置・バッテリー・移動履歴・メモなどは、あなたとペアリングした相手との間だけでやり取りされます。第三者に公開されることはなく、見知らぬ人とつながる機能もありません。

ペアリングは双方の操作で成立します(片方が招待コードを発行し、もう片方が自分の端末で入力して承認)。共有される項目(位置・通話状態・カレンダー・アラームなど)は、それぞれ OS とアプリで許可を与えた範囲に限られ、いつでも取り消せます。

本アプリは防犯・救急・専門的な位置情報サービスではありません。アプリ内の SOS は、救助要請・位置・音声をペアリングした相手ひとりに送るだけで、警察・消防・救急には通報しません。緊急時は現地の緊急通報番号におかけください。

リアルタイム音声トーク:片方が押しながら一言しゃべると、離した瞬間にもう片方のスマホで声が鳴ります。この機能は受け取る側がスイッチをオンにしている場合にのみ使え、スイッチは双方が別々に持ち、能力は対等で、いつでもオフにできます。サイレントを貫くかどうかも受け取る側が決め、既定では貫きません。通話ではなく、バックグラウンドでの盗聴でもありません——ボタンを押している間だけ録音します。

バックグラウンド復帰の着信(iOS のみ):アプリが OS に終了されたり、バックグラウンドからスワイプで消されたりすると共有が途切れます。この機能をオフにしていない場合、「バックグラウンド接続を復旧しています」と表示された着信が出てアプリを呼び戻します。本当の通話ではありません——約 2 秒で自動終了し、通話履歴は残らず、着信音は無音(端末は一度振動します)。1 回の中断につき最大 3 回です。「設定 → バックグラウンド復帰の着信」で完全にオフにできます。

アカウントと年齢

登録にはご自身が使用権限を持つメールアドレスが必要です。認証情報の管理と、そのアカウントで行われた行為については、あなたが責任を負います。不正利用に気づいた場合はすぐにご連絡ください。
本アプリは成人のカップル向けです。18 歳未満の方は保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。お住まいの地域の法律により、14 歳未満(中国本土)/ 13 歳未満(一部地域)の子どもは利用できません。
1 アカウントにつき 1 名です。譲渡・貸与・売却、およびペアリング相手以外との共用はできません。
「設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除」からいつでも削除できます。データはプライバシーポリシーに記載のとおりサーバーから削除されます。

ライセンス

本規約を守っていただくことを条件に、あなたが所有または管理する端末に本アプリをインストールして利用するための、個人的・非商業的・譲渡不可・再許諾不可・取消可能な限定的ライセンスを付与します。本アプリは販売ではなくライセンス提供であり、本規約で明示的に付与していない権利はすべて開発者が留保します。

上記は参考価格です。国・地域によって App Store の現地価格が適用され、最終的な金額と期間は購入時の決済画面の表示が優先します。キャンペーン価格(初回割引など)は期間中のみ有効で、更新時は通常価格で課金されます。

自動更新のしくみ

サブスクリプションは期間終了の 24 時間前までに自動更新されます(それまでに自動更新をオフにした場合を除く)。
更新料金は、期間終了前の 24 時間以内にApple ID アカウントから請求されます(その時点の通常価格)。
解約方法:iPhone の「設定 → ご自身の名前 → サブスクリプション」、または App Store の「アカウント → サブスクリプション」から自動更新をオフにします。期間終了の24 時間以上前にオフにしないと、その期間も更新されます。
解約後も、支払い済みの期間の終わりまでは引き続き利用でき、期間終了後に無料版へ戻ります。
アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。上記の手順で自動更新をオフにしてください。
無料トライアルが提供される場合、サブスクリプションを購入した時点で未使用分は失効します。

返金

App Store 経由の決済はすべて Apple が収納しており、返金は Apple の App Store ポリシーに従って処理されます。reportaproblem.apple.com からお申し出ください。開発者が App Store の取引を直接返金することはできませんが、状況の説明などのお手伝いはできます。

ひとりが加入すれば、ふたりで共有

Pro の権利はペアリング単位で有効になります。あなたか相手のどちらかが加入すれば、ふたり同時に解除されます。契約者は常に支払った側のみで、ペアリングを解消した場合、権利は支払ったアカウントに残ります。契約者が解約または期限切れになると、ふたりとも無料版に戻ります。

無料と有料の線引き

有料で解除されるのは「履歴・全量・集計」系の機能です(30 日間の軌跡と移動の詳細、スマホレポートの集計ページ、アプリ利用の全記録、全種類の自動お知らせ、着せ替えテーマなど)。リアルタイムの位置とステータス、チャットや記念日といった基本機能は無料です。SOS(音声を含む)、位置情報オフのお知らせなどの安全機能、およびすべてのプライバシー設定は、永久に無料で、有料の壁に入れません。詳細な線引きはアプリ内サブスクリプション画面の比較表によります。機能の進化に伴い調整することはありますが、「永久に無料」と明記した安全・プライバシー項目を有料化することはありません。

Android 版とテスト期間

Android 版では現在アプリ内購入を提供していません。Android ユーザーの Pro は、iPhone 側が加入した共有分、または運営側での付与によります。Android の決済手段が整い次第、別途お知らせし、その時点の規約が適用されます。
購入導線が未開放の期間は、Pro は運営側が手動で付与します。費用はかからず、自動更新も発生しません。

禁止事項

本アプリはふたりとも知っていて、ふたりとも同意していることが前提です。次の利用は明確に禁止で、確認した場合はアカウントを停止または終了することがあります。

相手の同意のないインストールやペアリング:他人の端末に本アプリを入れる、他人に代わって登録・同意する、隠したり欺いたりして相手の位置や端末の状態を取得する行為。
他人の追跡・監視・嫌がらせ・脅迫・支配、および DV やストーキングなど違法な目的での利用。
従業員の監視など、カップル双方の合意にもとづかない場面での利用。
違法・権利侵害・暴力的・性的・差別的・嫌がらせ的な内容(写真、メモ、日記、ステッカーなど)、他人の肖像権・プライバシー・知的財産権を侵害する内容の投稿や送信。
リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、解析、通信の偽装、有料機能や権限チェックの回避、大量登録、スクリプトによる API 乱用、サーバーへの攻撃や過度なリクエスト。
リアルタイム音声トークの濫用:相手がはっきり嫌がったあとも送り続けること、高頻度の音声で嫌がらせや脅迫を行うこと、「サイレントを貫く」設定を利用して相手の休息時間に繰り返し邪魔をすること、相手に知らせないままスイッチをオンにさせるよう仕向けること。この機能は相手が自らオンにすることが前提で、どちらからでもいつでもオフにできます。オフにされたあとに回避しようとする行為も、本節の禁止事項に含まれます。
アカウントや権利の転売・貸与、および商業的な再配布。
お住まいの地域の法令に違反するその他の行為。

安全でない関係に置かれている場合は、次のことを覚えておいてください。OS の設定から位置情報の許可を取り消すこと、アプリ内でペアリングを解消すること、アカウントを削除することは、相手の同意なしにいつでもできます。

あなたのコンテンツ

あなたが作成・アップロードしたコンテンツ(写真、メモ、日記、家計簿、体重記録など)はあなたのものです。
サービス提供のため、コンテンツの保存・送信、そしてペアリング相手とあなた自身の端末への表示のみを目的とする、非独占・無償の限定的ライセンスを当方に付与いただきます。このライセンスは、コンテンツまたはアカウントを削除した時点で終了します。
あなたのコンテンツを広告に使うことはありません。AI モデルの学習に使うこともありません。あなたが自ら投稿した「公開モーメント」(次節)を除き、外部へ公開することもありません。
リアルタイム音声トークの録音は 7 日後にこちらで自動削除します(音声ファイルもあわせて消去)。これは即時のメッセージであり、メモのように長期保存はしません。その他の内容は、あなたが削除するかアカウントを削除するまで保持されます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
アップロードした内容についてはあなたが責任を負い、必要な権利(写真に写っている他の人の同意を含む)を有していることを保証するものとします。
本アプリ自体(名称、ロゴ、UI デザイン、コード、文章)およびその知的財産権は開発者に帰属し、書面による許可なく使用できません。

公開モーメント(すべての利用者に公開される内容)

「公開モーメント」は、本アプリでパートナー以外の人に見られる唯一のコンテンツです。ご自身で「公開プロフィール」を作成し、投稿ごとに公開を選んだ場合にのみ公開されます。既定ではすべての内容が非公開です。作成時には個別のご案内が一度表示され、18 歳以上であることの確認が必要です。

ゼロトレランス。公開モーメントに不快な内容を投稿することはできません。性的・わいせつ、暴力・グロテスク、嫌がらせ・暴言、差別やヘイト、違法な内容、スパムや勧誘、なりすましなどが含まれます(これに限りません)。上記「利用者の行動規範と禁止事項」と併せて適用されます。
報告。各公開モーメントには「報告」の導線があります。同じ投稿が 3 人から報告されると自動的に非公開となり、審査待ちになります。当方がオンラインでなくても有効です。審査は24 時間以内に行います。
ブロック。どの利用者もブロックできます。ブロック後はお互いの公開モーメントが見えなくなり、リアクションもできなくなります。
当方の措置。当方はいかなる公開モーメントおよびその写真も、事前の通知なく削除できるものとします。審査で違反と確認された場合、投稿者に違反を 1 回記録します。
禁止措置と返金。違反が累計 3 回に達すると、公開モーメントの投稿が永久に禁止されます。この措置はカップル向け機能・非公開のコンテンツ・その他のサブスクリプション特典には影響せず、返金は行いません。サブスクリプション料金はカップル向け機能全体の利用に対応するものであり、公開モーメントは取り消され得る付加的な特典にすぎません。
公開される情報。公開用の名前と写真、およびオンにした場合のひとこと・誕生日(月日のみ)・一緒にいる日数が、すべての利用者に表示されます。この 3 項目は既定でオフで、いつでもオフに戻せます。公開プロフィールは、二人の空間で使っているニックネームや写真とは独立しています。
撤回。公開プロフィールはいつでも削除できます。その際、投稿したすべての公開モーメントと写真も削除されます。非公開のコンテンツは影響を受けません。

本アプリは次の外部サービスを利用しています:Supabase(データベースとアカウント)、Apple および Google のプッシュ通知、高德オープンプラットフォーム / Apple マップ / MapLibre と MapTiler / Google マップ(地図と地名)、Apple WeatherKit と Open-Meteo(天気)、OpenStreetMap Nominatim(海外の地名)。これらは各提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーに基づいて運営され、当方はその可用性や内容を保証しません。取り扱うデータの詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

サービスの変更と中断

本アプリは「現状のまま」「利用可能な範囲で」提供されます。機能の追加・変更・終了を行うことがあり、有料の権利に関わる重要な変更はアプリ内で事前にお知らせします。

法律で認められる範囲で、次については保証しません:位置情報の完全な正確さとリアルタイム性(端末のハードウェア、OS の権限、省電力設定、バックグラウンドの強制終了、ネットワーク、地図事業者の影響を受けます)、通知の到達時間、無停止・無不具合の提供。これらはモバイル OS とネットワーク環境に由来する制約であり、契約違反にはあたりません。

責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、当方は間接損害・付随的損害・特別損害・懲罰的損害、および利益・データ・信用の損失について責任を負いません。本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因する当方の責任の総額は、請求の原因が生じる前の 12 か月間に実際にお支払いいただいた金額(App Store 経由を含む)を上限とします。

本条は、法律上排除できない責任を排除・制限するものではなく、消費者として強行法規により与えられる権利にも影響しません。

終了

あなたはいつでも終了できます:アプリ内でアカウントを削除するか、利用をやめてアンインストールしてください。
本規約への重大なまたは繰り返しの違反(とくに同意のない監視、有料機能の不正回避)があった場合、通知のうえアカウントを停止または終了することがあります。緊急時や違法行為が関わる場合は直ちに終了することがあります。
終了によりライセンスは失効します。サブスクリプションの返金は上記「返金」のとおり Apple が処理し、経過した期間分は返金されません(強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除く)。

iOS 版について(Apple 関連条項)

次の条項は、App Store から入手した iOS 版にのみ適用されます。

本規約はあなたと開発者との間の契約であり、Apple は本規約の当事者ではありません。本アプリおよびその内容について Apple は一切の責任を負いません。
Apple は本アプリに関する保守・サポートを提供する義務を負いません。
本アプリが適用される保証に適合しない場合、あなたは Apple に通知でき、Apple は本アプリの購入代金(もしあれば)を返金します。法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、Apple はこれ以外の保証義務を負わず、その他の請求・損失・責任・損害・費用はすべて開発者が負担します。
本アプリに関する製造物責任、法令遵守、消費者保護などの請求、および第三者による知的財産権侵害の主張への対応は、開発者が責任を負い、Apple は責任を負いません。

準拠法と紛争解決

本規約には中華人民共和国本土の法律(抵触法規則を除く)が適用されます。本規約または本アプリに関して争いが生じた場合、まず誠実に協議し、解決しないときは開発者の住所地を管轄する人民法院に提起できます。

お住まいの国・地域の強行的な消費者保護法が、より有利な保護や排除できない管轄の定めを与える場合は、その法律が優先します。

Terms of Use

These Terms are the agreement between you and the developer of You’ regarding your use of the You’ app (the “app”). By downloading, registering for, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

In One Line

The app is for two willing people: both must install it on their own phone and each consent before anything is shared.
Installing it on someone else’s device without their knowledge, or accepting these Terms on another person’s behalf, is expressly prohibited.
Paying unlocks “history, full detail, aggregate” features only. Safety features such as SOS, and every privacy switch, are free forever.
Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the period ends and can be cancelled any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

What the Service Is

You’ is a private status-sharing tool for exactly two paired people. One account can be paired with only one person at a time, and location, battery, trips, notes and everything else flows only between you and your partner. Nothing is shown to third parties; there is no public feed and no way to connect with strangers.

Pairing takes deliberate action from both sides: one person generates an invite code and the other enters and accepts it on their own device. Every category of sharing (location, call status, calendar, alarms and so on) depends on the permissions each of you grants in the system and in the app, and you can revoke them at any time.

This app is not a security, emergency or professional location service. The in-app SOS sends your alert, location and voice message to the one person you are paired with — it does not contact police, fire or medical services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Live voice talk: one of you holds a button and says something, and the moment they let go it plays on the other’s phone. It works only if the recipient has switched it on first. Each of you holds your own switch, the capability is symmetric, and either side can switch it off at any time. Whether it bypasses silent mode is also the recipient’s decision, and by default it does not. It is not a phone call and it is not background listening — the microphone opens only while you hold the button.

Background restore call (iOS only): when the system reclaims the app, or you swipe it away, sharing stops. Unless you have turned the feature off, an incoming-call screen labelled “restoring background connection” appears to bring the app back. It is not a real call — it ends by itself after about 2 seconds, leaves no call-history entry, and its ringtone is silent (your device still vibrates once). At most 3 per interruption. You can turn it off completely under Settings → Background restore call.

Accounts and Age

Registration requires an email address you are entitled to use. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account; contact us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
The app is designed for adult couples. Users under 18 should use it with a guardian’s consent. Depending on local law, children under 14 (mainland China) or under 13 (some regions) may not use it.
One account belongs to one person. You may not transfer, rent, sell, or share an account with anyone other than your paired partner.
You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account → Delete Account; data is removed from our servers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold; all rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

Prices above are indicative. Other countries and regions are charged at App Store local pricing, and the price and period shown on the App Store confirmation screen at the time of purchase prevail. Promotional pricing (such as an introductory offer) applies only during the promotion; renewals are charged at the standard price.

How auto-renewal works

Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless auto-renewal is turned off beforehand.
The renewal charge is billed to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the period ends, at the standard price then in effect.
To cancel: go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or App Store → Account → Subscriptions, and turn off auto-renewal. This must be done at least 24 hours before the current period ends, otherwise the period renews.
After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then return to the free tier.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — you must turn off auto-renewal as described above.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases made through the App Store are collected by Apple, and refunds are handled under Apple’s App Store policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an App Store transaction directly, but we are happy to help explain your case.

One pays, both unlock

Pro applies to the pair: if either you or your partner subscribes, both of you are unlocked. The paying account is always the sole subscriber — if you unpair, the entitlement stays with the account that paid. When the subscriber cancels or the term expires, both of you return to the free tier.

Where the paywall sits

Paying unlocks “history, full detail, aggregate” features (30-day tracks and trip detail, the aggregated phone report, complete app-usage records, the full set of automatic alerts, decorative themes and so on). Live location and status, chat, anniversaries and the other everyday features are free. SOS (including voice), location-off alerts and other safety features, along with every privacy switch, are free forever and never move behind the paywall. The in-app comparison table on the subscription screen is the authoritative breakdown; it may change as features evolve, but anything listed as permanently free on the safety and privacy side will not become paid.

Android and the beta period

The Android version currently offers no in-app purchase. Pro on Android comes from a partner subscribing on iPhone, or from us enabling it. When an Android payment channel opens we will announce it, and the terms published at that time will apply.
While the purchase channel is closed, Pro is granted manually by us: no charge, and no auto-renewal.

Acceptable Use

The app assumes both people know and both agree. The following are expressly prohibited, and we may suspend or terminate accounts involved:

Installing or pairing without the other person’s informed consent: putting the app on someone else’s device, registering or accepting these Terms on their behalf, or obtaining their location and phone status by concealment or deception.
Tracking, monitoring, harassing, intimidating or controlling another person, or using the app for domestic abuse, stalking or any other unlawful purpose.
Using the app for employee monitoring or other scenarios that are not a mutually willing couple.
Uploading or transmitting unlawful, infringing, violent, sexual, discriminatory or harassing content (photos, notes, diary entries, stickers), or content that violates another person’s likeness, privacy or intellectual property rights.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, forging API requests, bypassing the paywall or permission checks, mass account creation, scripted API abuse, or attacking or overloading our servers.
Abusing live voice talk: continuing to send clips after the other person has clearly asked you to stop, using high-frequency voice to harass or intimidate, exploiting the “bypass silent mode” setting to disturb them repeatedly while they are resting, or pressuring them into enabling the switch without understanding it. The feature exists only because the recipient turned it on, and either side can turn it off at any time — trying to work around that after it has been turned off falls under this section too.
Reselling, renting or lending accounts or entitlements, or any commercial redistribution of the app.
Anything else that breaks the law where you are.

If you are in an unsafe relationship, remember: you can revoke location permission in your system settings, unpair inside the app, or delete your account at any time — none of which requires the other person’s consent.

Your Content

Content you create or upload (photos, notes, diary entries, expense and weight records) belongs to you.
To provide the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free limited licence solely to store and transmit your content and display it to your paired partner and on your own devices. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not use your content for advertising and do not use it to train AI models. Apart from the “public moments” you choose to post yourself (see the next section), we do not display your content publicly.
Live voice talk clips are deleted automatically after 7 days (audio file included). They are instant messages, not notes, and are not kept long-term. Everything else is kept until you delete it or delete your account — see the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you upload and confirm you hold the necessary rights — including the consent of other people who appear in your photos.
The app itself (name, logo, interface design, code, copy) and all intellectual property in it belong to the developer and may not be used without written permission.

Public Moments (content visible to all users)

Public moments are the only content in this app that anyone other than your partner can see. They require you to set up a “public profile” and to choose, post by post, to make something public; everything is private by default. When you set up a public profile you are shown a separate notice once and must confirm that you are 18 or older.

Zero tolerance. Objectionable content is not allowed in public moments. This includes, without limitation: sexual or explicit material, violence and gore, harassment and abuse, discriminatory or hateful speech, illegal content, spam and solicitation, and impersonation. This applies together with the “Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct” section above.
Reporting. Every public moment has a “report” action. Once three people report the same post it is taken down automatically and queued for review — this works whether or not we are online. We complete review within 24 hours.
Blocking. You can block any user. Once blocked, neither of you can see or react to the other’s public moments.
Our right to act. We may remove any public moment and its photos without prior notice. Where review confirms a violation, a strike is recorded against the author.
Bans and refunds. Three strikes result in a permanent ban from posting public moments. The ban does not affect your couple features, your private content, or any other subscription benefit, and it is not refunded — the subscription pays for the couple features as a whole, and public moments are one additional benefit that can be withdrawn.
What becomes public. Your public name and photo, plus any of bio, birthday (month and day only) and days together that you switch on, are visible to all users. Those three are off by default and can be switched off again at any time. Your public profile is independent of the name and photo you use in your shared space.
Withdrawal. You can delete your public profile at any time; every public moment and photo you posted is deleted with it. Your private content is unaffected.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on several third-party services: Supabase (database and accounts), Apple and Google push notification services, AMap Open Platform / Apple Maps / MapLibre with MapTiler / Google Maps (maps and place names), Apple WeatherKit and Open-Meteo (weather), and OpenStreetMap Nominatim (overseas place names). Each is operated by its own provider under its own terms and privacy policy, and we make no warranty as to their availability or content. See the Privacy Policy for what data is involved.

Changes and Interruptions

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may add, change or discontinue features at any time; material changes affecting paid entitlements will be announced in the app beforehand.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant: absolute accuracy or immediacy of location (it depends on device hardware, system permissions, battery-saving policies, the OS terminating background work, network conditions and map providers); the delivery time of push notifications; or uninterrupted, error-free operation. These are inherent limits of mobile operating systems and networks, not a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of your use of or inability to use the app is limited to the amount you actually paid (including via the App Store) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your mandatory rights as a consumer where you live.

Termination

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in the app, or simply by stopping use and uninstalling.
If you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms — particularly by monitoring someone without consent or circumventing payment — we may suspend or terminate your account after notice, or immediately where the matter is urgent or unlawful.
On termination your licence ends. Subscription refunds remain subject to the “Refunds” section above and are handled by Apple; periods already used are not refunded unless required by law.

iOS Version (Apple-Specific Terms)

The following applies only to the iOS version obtained through the App Store:

These Terms are between you and the developer only. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the app or its content.
Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses are the developer’s responsibility.
The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection claims, and any claim that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties, and that you will comply with all applicable export control laws.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the “last updated” date at the top. After an update the app shows the full text again on launch and asks you to read it to the end and accept it once more; until you do, the app cannot be used. If you do not accept the updated Terms, stop using the app and you may delete your account.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the app should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they may be brought before the competent people’s court where the developer resides.

If mandatory consumer protection law where you live gives you stronger protection or a jurisdiction that cannot be excluded, that law prevails.
